How long are classes?

All of our classes are 45 minutes long.  We find that is the optimal amount of time to get a great workout in as well as maintain mindfulness throughout your session. 

How often should i train? 

Most of our clients train 2-3 times per week.  How often you train also depends on what you're willing to commit to financially as well as what your availability allows. 

what do i wear?

Wear clothes that are able to move and breathe.  Any kind of active wear is perfect.  For Pilates classes, you'll go barefoot.  For the rest, bring your tennis shoes.

How do i start?  

If you are new to exercise or rehabbing a current injury, it is in your best interest to start with our Intro 3 Private Package. If you're interested in our classes and are currently physically active with no prior injuries, you are welcome to try any of our classes using the New Client Freebie

How can i get the fastest results?

This is probably our favorite question as our answer will always be "Slow and steady wins the race."  Although we are excited that you're motivated to get the ball rolling, we want to help you find a fitness program that is going to stick with you FOREVER!  We believe that health should be a part of your lifestyle...not a trend that goes in and out of style.
