Jamie Crone



Since she was 3 years old, Jamie has been in love with movement starting with dance. She graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of Central Oklahoma where she received her bachelor’s in dance performance.  From there, Jamie made the big move to the Big Apple. 

While living in NYC, Jamie went through an intensive Pilates Mat and Apparatus training with The Lab.  After returning to Oklahoma City a year later, she added on TRX Suspension and Personal Training certifications to her repertoire.  Then in 2013, Evolve Fitness was created. 

She enjoys challenging people in every workout method, and creating exercise routines that are different than the one before.  Helping people achieve their wellness goals is what truly inspires Jamie.

Kasey Simms


With her background in Pilates, Xtend Barre, and bootcamp, Kasey will push you into a butt-burning workout.  She has always had an active lifestyle, and loves to share the physical and mental benefits that come with exercising. 

As you get to know Kasey, you'll find that she is always up for a challenge.  She enjoys running, Pilates, TRX, and any workout that makes her sweat.  She can take the pain just as much as she can dish it a great way!  Kasey’s workouts are inventive, playful, and uplifting.  Her wit and humor not only make her classes fun, but also make the time fly by!

Casey Pride

Growing up, Casey has always been an active person playing in a variety of sports. In 2006, he picked up the art of Jiu Jitsu and Muay Thai kick boxing. Casey has a passion for teaching others and helping them overcome obstacles they never dreamed possible. He looks forward to passing on all of his knowledge to you!


Leslie Ellingburg

Leslie Ann Ellingburg, BS & RYT-200, aka Yogini is a Dancer, is a woman who finds rhythm in life, breath, words, and movement. Leslie loves sharing and bringing yoga to the community she serves and dances her way around the yoga mat. Leslie also loves to share her journey of a recovered life with her dancing words in her blog, imagoftheheart.  She is a southern belle with a hippie heart who sees God in everyone. Leslie bases her yoga philosophy on two Sanskrit words, “shanti” (peace) and “leela” (play): finding inner peace through the play and practice of yoga. Her roots in exercise science and kinesiology will help you find your best yoga posture that is!
