Welcome to our Strength Class, where we build posture, stability, and raw power. Our three weekly sessions, known as Strength A, Strength B, and Strength C, are designed to target the essential movements of daily life: standing tall, squatting low, walking strong, lifting with ease, pushing forward, and carrying on. Aim to attend three strength classes weekly to master each movement progressively, increasing your strength and confidence with each session.

Late Cancellation/No-Show Policy I understand and agree to Evolve Fitness cancellation terms and agree to cancel within 12 hours of my scheduled appointment or class time. Member will be penalized $15 per no show.
