• You are at least 18 years of age, or have consent from a parent/guardian

• You are physically and mentally able to participate in fitness activities

• You will follow all coaching instructions and studio policies

Participation in any fitness program carries inherent risks. A separate liability waiver is required prior to participation.

4. Payments & Billing

All purchases must be paid in full or according to the agreed billing terms at the time of purchase.

For recurring services:

• Memberships and applicable programs are billed automatically

• By providing a payment method, you authorize Evolve Fitness to charge future payments in accordance with your selected plan

Failure to complete payment may result in suspension or termination of services.

5. Memberships & Cancellations

Membership terms, including commitment periods, cancellation policies, and billing structure, are outlined in the applicable service agreement signed prior to participation.

Clients are responsible for understanding the terms associated with their specific program.

 

6. Refund Policy

All sales are final unless otherwise stated in writing.

Refunds, if applicable, will be handled in accordance with the specific program or service agreement. Evolve Fitness reserves the right to determine refund eligibility on a case-by-case basis.

7. Scheduling & Attendance

Clients are responsible for scheduling and attending sessions as agreed upon.

Missed sessions, cancellations, and rescheduling are subject to the policies outlined in the service agreement or program-specific terms.

Clients agree to conduct themselves in a respectful and appropriate manner at all times.

Evolve Fitness reserves the right to suspend or terminate services for:

• Disruptive behavior

• Harassment or misconduct

• Violation of studio policies
