What Is Habit Stacking (and Why Does It Work)?
Think of habit stacking as a mental cheat code. You link a new habit to something you're already doing—like doing calf raises while brushing your teeth, or saying affirmations while making your coffee. It builds momentum by layering in small wins.
And when those tiny wins add up, so does your confidence.
Troubleshooting: Because Life Is Gonna Life
Let’s be honest: life doesn’t care about your carefully planned spreadsheet. There will always be curveballs—travel, stress, sick kids, hormone swings, unexpected bills, insert-chaos-here.
That’s where troubleshooting comes in. Instead of giving up, get curious:
What keeps throwing me off?
How can I adjust my environment or expectations?
Is this a season for maintenance or momentum?

Best: Ideal scenario. You hit your workouts, prep your meals, drink your water, and even get to bed on time.
Better: Still showing up—maybe a shorter workout, a healthy-ish meal, a quick walk to clear your head.
Good: Your bare minimum. Maybe it’s doing a few deep breaths and a mobility move while your kid’s in the bath. You’re still in the game.
This mindset keeps you from spiraling. It gives you grace and structure. And that’s how sustainable habits are born.

Moving Forward (Even When It’s Messy)
Consistency isn’t about perfection. It’s about identity.
Every time you choose to do something, you reinforce: “I’m someone who takes care of my health, even when it’s hard.”
